“We don’t require a contract for design,” Brian says. “We offer a free consultation and a full mock-up drawing. We use software that produces 3-D pictures of the concept so the customer can see exactly how the finished pool will look.”

Customers have the freedom of choosing the size, shape and vision of what they would like in a pool. Brian Keith Pools builds roughly 50 pools a year in the capital area. Construction of a pool can take anywhere from six to eight weeks.

It answers frequently asked questions and offers information on the design and construction process. But the brothers are always available to speak with a customer in person to answer what questions may arise.

“While a new pool is an investment, it’s also a fun project that brings excitement to the home,” Brian says. “And throughout the building process, the customer can walk up and see for themselves what we’re building, anytime. Every step of the way we like them to see the progress.”

Brian Keith Pools also offers full remodeling on pools in need of a makeover and, just as in a new construction, Brian makes himself available from the beginning stages until the project wraps up to ensure his high standards of quality are met every step of the way.

“The type of materials we use and the actual finished work are of the utmost quality,” Brian says. “We ensure the craftsman knows what they’re doing, for example. Simple things like ensuring the elevations are subtle in change rather than drastic may not stand out visibly but are important to the finished product. We make sure everything is finished properly so the overall appearance of the pool is attractive with a clean look overall.”
