Setpoint integrated SolutionS

DMC Carter Chambers merged efforts in 2010 to expand its product lines and services for its clients, which include petrochemical, refining, power generation and oil & gas industries. This fall, DMC Carter Chambers plans to launch its new brand name, Setpoint Integrated Solutions, signifying its new growth, vast product lines and specialized services.

The name “Setpoint” refers to the point at which systems are set for maximum efficiency. “We’ve been providing total integrated solutions to our clients for more than 50 years,” says Joey Jobe, president and CEO of Setpoint. “Our goal is to bring our clients best-in-class products and services needed for maximum efficiency. Our new brand now better reflects this.”

Setpoint’s new brand launch will also be accompanied by the beginning stages of construction for its new, 120,000-square-foot facility located off Highland Road. The new facility will include a comprehensive training center to teach employees and clients how to use the technology Setpoint offers, along with technical flow labs, a place where trainees can increase their knowledge from theory to hands-on operations.

“Our clients previously had to send their employees to locations all over the U.S. to learn the technologies provided by Setpoint,” Jobe says. “Now, they are able to come to our new facility and receive the same world-class training, making it more cost-effective for our clients.”

Setpoint offers total integrated solutions for most industrial needs, which include complete product lines of control systems, control & automated valves, instrumentation, analytical, safety system solutions and filtration. Setpoint also provides high-level technical support and expertise to increase efficiency and reliability for its clients’ systems. In addition to its vast product offering, Setpoint offers full service solutions to assist with industrial needs, including complete system repair services, upgrades and design consultation.

As Setpoint grows, Jobe is affirming its clients and the communities in which it is located that a new name doesn’t mean a different company. “We remain committed to offering the best total integrated solution and specialization services to our clients, all the while giving back to the communities which helped us get where we are today.”
